Job Description

This role will be responsible for providing valuable support to the Cluster Sales Directors in their day-to-day operation and planning while also contributing to the overall success of the cluster of hotels. The role is to primarily focus on Accor CP Group HMA PME & lifestyle hotels and will assist with opportunities for CP luxury Hotels

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel environment, sales, or a related field of study.An understanding of the Events and Corporate Hotel clienteleStrong User knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ANAIS, Delphi, Opera CloudIn-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and competitive landscapeAwareness of current trends affecting hotel sales and marketing strategiesCompetencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employeesGood presentationMulticultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse culturesStrong ability to work collaboratively with various departments Self-motivated and energeticStrong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlinesWillingness to take on diverse tasks as needed to support directorsProficient in building and maintaining relationshipsProficient in using data to support decision-making and reportingDetail-oriented approach to managing sales documentation and reportsThis is a Full Time Position, 40 hours per week, $65,000.00 per annum plus incredible Global Benefits
