This role will be responsible for providing valuable support to the Cluster Sales Directors in their day-to-day operation and planning while also contributing to the overall success of the cluster of hotels. The role is to primarily focus on Accor CP Group HMA PME & lifestyle hotels and will assist with opportunities for CP luxury Hotels
**Qualifications** Knowledge and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hotel environment, sales, or a related field of study.
- An understanding of the Events and Corporate Hotel clientele
- Strong User knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ANAIS, Delphi, Opera Cloud
- In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and competitive landscape
- Awareness of current trends affecting hotel sales and marketing strategies

**Competencies**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Good presentation
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with various departments Self-motivated and energetic
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Willingness to take on diverse tasks as needed to support directors
- Proficient in building and maintaining relationships
- Proficient in using data to support decision-making and reporting
- Detail-oriented approach to managing sales documentation and reports

This is a Full Time Position, 40 hours per week, $65,000.00 per annum plus incredible Global Benefits
