The position of General Manager - New Zealand, will report to the Managing Director based in Australia and will be a key member of the Executive Leadership team (Penske Australia & New Zealand) and also the NZ Leadership team. There is flexibility for this role to be based in any of our NZ branches; Auckland, Tauranga or Christchurch.To be successful in the role, you will bring experience in one or more of our market segments. You will have demonstrated achievement in business improvement and efficiency initiatives and will have substantial experience in strategic planning and financial management within a multi-faceted business. You will be in your element leading a team of motivated Managers and ensuring our aftersales offerings are competitive and our customer satisfaction results are strong. You will have the confidence to seek out and develop new markets and to identify business development opportunities to support the business' strong future growth plans. In addition to this, you will offer a professional and engaging personality with proven experience managing a high-performing and astute team while positioning a business to succeed.
