Through this partnership, we’ve created a new business called WIQ who will harness the best of Woolworths Group and Quantium to reimagine retail by solving the most complex problems using data and analytics. As a team, we leverage Agile ways of working to help our team develop their skills while also making sure our team is focusing on solving the most complex problems for both our customers and team.
What You'll Do
The purpose of the WIQNZ team is to unlock the power of data to imagine retail, which contributes to making Kiwis’ lives a little better every day.
As a Strategic Analytics Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to our business stakeholders, empowering them to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and problem-solving. You'll bridge the gap between business challenges and analytical solutions, guiding the development and delivery of high-impact analytics products that drive measurable value.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their goals and challenges.
Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage expectations, competing priorities, and potential roadblocks.
Value Creation: Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI.
Product Management: Apply product management thinking to analytics, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value.
Analytics Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of analytics solutions.
