At Kiwibank, we're looking for a Senior Analytics & Insights Specialist to partner with key stakeholders and internal analytics teams, extracting value from data to drive insights-led decision-making.

As a senior member of our team, you'll engage with internal stakeholders to build knowledge and capability, regularly communicating updates on project delivery outcomes. You’ll be focused on proactive problem-solving and identifying opportunities where advanced analytics and insights can drive business value.

As we advance our analytics maturity and embed insights-led decision-making across the bank, the value and speed of delivery of analytics and insights will be key measures of success.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- ** Stakeholder management skills** - Building and maintaining effective relationships with strong advocacy of analytics outcomes.
- ** Excellent problem-solving skills**, adept at using a range of analytic techniques to address business problems, and experience with agile product lifecycle.
- ** Proven ability to lead analytical projects end-to-end**, with proficiency in data visualisation, analysis, storytelling, and excellent communication skills.
- ** Advanced SQL proficiency**, including analytical functions; experience with Cloud Analytics/Snowflake is a bonus.
- ** Experience in data and database management systems**, process improvement methodologies, and data manipulation technologies.
- ** Adaptability and motivation** - Able to pivot quickly, work under pressure, and manage multiple requests professionally and timely.

**Bonus**
- ** **Banking or financial services experience is highly desired, although not essential.
