Our teams are professional, focused on delivery of best practice on Parks Maintenance/Horticulture services to our clients and the members of the public.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our passionate and high-performing team in Blenheim as an Administrator. You will ensure the effective running of the Greenspace department by providing a wide range of administrative support functions.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to ensure our administrative functions are executed to a consistently high standard. In this role, you will support our internal and external customers, enhance our systems and processes, and maintain depot compliance. You will also be responsible for:
Liaise with various departments, other administrators and internal managers
Assist with a wide variety of administration tasks and be flexible and adaptable to changing policies & processes
Raise purchase orders, invoices and work orders
Coordinate and collate information, input information into databases as required and complete tasks in time to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
Commitment to zero harm processes and stand in the gap when required

Where no two days will be the same, your highly organised approach and excellent attention to detail would be key to your success in this role.
You'll also have:
Previous experience in a similar role ideally in a client-facing administration or call centre position
High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
Be a confident communicator and enjoy working with a wide variety of customers
Excellent organisation skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in building and maintaining relationships at all levels
