We are seeking an experienced Immigration Administrator to join our team. You will support our Licensed Immigration Advisers in preparing visa applications and managing related files and paperwork.Your responsibilities will include: 1. Checking files, preparing application forms, compiling and uploading documentation, and diarising and managing applications according to key dates.2. Interacting with clients, preparing correspondence, and providing other key administrative support functions.3. Assisting with marketing on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.As one of our Immigration Administrators, you will:

Previous experience in administration or marketing in the immigration industry is preferable.
The ability to speak another language such as Tagalog or Mandarin will be an advantage for this position.
