This role will see you building strong relationships with our loyal customers and constantly looking for opportunities to optimise the services we provide them.You're a go-getter who doesn't shy away from asking questions or approaching people at different levels to get the information needed to provide a solution or improve an offering.With an in-depth background in a fast-paced industry (Service industry, FMCG or logistics), you will have the passion and drive to work hard with your customers to understand their requirements and ensure our services exceed their expectations.What we're looking for:Extensive experience in a Key Account Management role looking after long-term customersA passion for sustainabilityExperience with creating & delivering presentations to clients and key stakeholdersGreat problem-solving skills with a solution-focused attitude and a drive for successIntermediate use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)A current New Zealand drivers' licence - you will be provided with a Hybrid vehicle as part of the roleIf you can answer yes to the attributes list above, then we would love to hear from you.
