About the role: Based at the Auckland CBD Head Office, this sole charge role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will be a member of the Southern Cross Healthcare senior leadership group. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the provision of legal services across the business, ensuring that the legal risks for the organisation are minimised and all rights are maximised. As a key contributor to this cohesive and collaborative senior leadership team, you will provide strategic, commercial and technical legal advice in a proactive, timely and commercial manner to advance the vision and purpose of this iconic New Zealand success story.
