**About the role**:
A great opportunity has arisen for a 2-4 year PQE lawyer to join our client’s well established and dynamic organization in a coveted Auckland CBD location. This is an exciting in-house role, supporting our client’s day to day contractual legal matters, as Legal Counsel.
In this role, no one day will be the same. You will enjoy working on a range of complex, innovative and rewarding projects. This will include supporting the marketing team with brand campaign launches, trade promotions, intellectual property matters and managing key brand partner and sponsorship agreements, and much more.
You’ll be required to provide pragmatic and strategic advice and legal support for our client’s marketing, sales, and operations teams. You will also be supporting the Senior Legal Counsel with other key business projects. With the General Counsel based in Sydney, there will be opportunity for periodic international travel.

**The Ideal You**:

- A NZ qualified Solicitor with 2 - 4 years’ experience in general Corporate law matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A confident and professional manner
- Strong commercial acumen
- Self-motivated and adept at multi-tasking
