We’re on the lookout for a motivated Industrial Sales Manager to help us grow our industrial sales presence. Based in Auckland, this full‑time role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that make a real impact. What you’ll be doing Growing our customer base and uncovering new business opportunities Building strong, long‑term relationships with clients and industry partners Providing technical advice and pumping solutions that solve real‑world challenges Working closely with our engineering, service and workshop teams to deliver seamless results Representing Brown Brothers Engineers at site visits, presentations and industry events What we’re looking for Proven experience in industrial sales – pumps, fluid handling, or engineering products a big plus A technical mindset – engineering or trade qualifications are highly regarded Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles A self‑starter who’s commercially savvy, customer‑focused and thrives in a collaborative team environment Willingness to travel regionally – valid NZ driver’s licence required What’s on offer Competitive salary package + Kiwi Saver + vehicle + tools of trade Stability and career growth within a large, growing organisation Ongoing training and development to support your career aspirations A supportive, innovative team culture where your contribution is valued Ready to take the next step in your sales career?
