You will also be responsible for managing and directing the CCIS ANL New Zealand depot to deliver efficient, safe, and cost-effective services while ensuring a positive return on investment.The role and responsibilities will include:Ensure the Depot delivers a consistent high-quality service to all its customers.Manage the business and operations of the Depot at the lowest cost structure necessary to meet the service objectives.Leading by example, strictly enforce the companies OH&S Policies and Procedure.Constantly have all Depot Work Instructions under review to ensure they reflect best, safest practice.Ensure compliance with all company Employment policies and procedures.Build a team-based work environment.Manage the workforce of the Depot identifying improvements in performance where necessary and taking decisive action to correct shortfalls in performance.Responsible for the financial management and profitability of the CCIS ANL.To be successful in this role, you will need:Completion of year 12 or equivalent.At least 5 years direct experience as Manager of a Depot or Container Park.Experience as manager of a logistics site, a minimum 10-year experience in logistics/maritime industry with a minimum 5-year management position.Knowledge of standard IT applications in the industry.In-depth knowledge of logistics flows of the local market.
