Job Description: Time Warner is seeking a part-time Secretary to work remotely from Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience, who are independent and resilient individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:1. Answer and direct phone calls2. Organize and schedule appointments3. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports5. Develop and maintain a filing system6. Order office supplies7. Provide general support to visitors8. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients9. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers10. Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality and data security are maintained Requirements:1. Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite3. Excellent time management and organizational skills4. Strong written and verbal communication skills5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks6. High level of integrity and professionalism7. Independent and resilient personality traits8.
