**About the role**

This is a key relationship role offering specialist knowledge while providing outstanding client service and product delivery across designated accounts, on both an individual and team basis.

To execute and manage client's social media campaigns across all social channels plus certain nonsocial content campaigns and partnerships. Working with the Head of Content and/or Account Director, the Social Media & Content Manager oversees the planning and implementation of social & content campaigns, managing all aspects of campaigns as appropriate.

Effective senior level contribution across the agency and PHD Group. High level of involvement in new business opportunities (as appropriate) and participating in Drum and other PHD Group business initiatives.

**Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years of proven social media and content experience
- Advanced social media and content creation knowledge
- Strong thinker comfortable working at all levels of an organisation, who can participate in senior discussions regarding business and communications strategy
- Sound decision making which considers multiple stakeholders and their issues
- Able to deliver broad business thinking as well as having the ability to deliver against processes and attention to detail that come with accounts of this scale
- Ability to engage and influence senior individuals/stakeholders/decision makers within your client portfolio
- Ability to challenge others (internal, client or creative agency) using appropriate approach and diplomacy to secure desired outcome
- Ability to build strong relationships at a senior level with staff, clients and other third parties
- Shows leadership qualities - leads by example, builds positive culture
- Confident presenter at large meetings/conferences in an articulate and clear manner
- Has a proven track record of developing others
- Ability to foster agency culture and cross agency collaboration and integration
