**The role**
The Media Digital Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of their portfolio and management and mentorship of junior members of their team.

This role is integral to the communications planning process, and works collaboratively with business leads, account management, planning, data and creative teams to develop innovative digital media strategies for our clients, that translate into creative and effective campaigns. We are looking for someone who is always striving for better and will take an active role in helping to spearhead the agency’s programmatic and data capabilities.

You will use your demonstrated media knowledge, creative thinking, and factual analysis to develop optimum media plans spanning paid, owned and earned media channels. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly in a constantly evolving media landscape, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual, and will be highly valued.

**What you’ll need to bring to the FCB Media team**
- Thorough and proven digital planning experience, with an ability to deliver comprehensive and innovative work for clients.
- A good understanding of media platforms including DV360, Meta, Google Ads etc.
- An analytical mind, with a keen interest in data, analytics, and meaningful reporting.
- Excellent client management and key stakeholder relationship building skills.
- Confidence and competence in decision-making and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong desire to achieve excellent results with energy and enthusiasm while mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Ability to handle pressure, demands of clients, deadlines, and a busy environment.
