The Farm Source Distribution Centre (DC) sends pallets of mixed goods to the nationwide retail network of 65 Farm Source stores on a planned sequence supplying 36 to 44 stores every working day.This is a hands-on role that will see you play a pivotal part in managing the daily operations and management of the Farm Source Distribution Centre. You will work closely with the Team Leads to coordinate and delegate the required priorities for the day and outcomes expected.Key responsibilities include:
- Organise execution of all Daily Inbound tasks, and Outbound tasks to a required completion rate.
- Have a clear vision of the daily task load, where the resourcing will be best placed, and monitor progress during the day. Ensure sufficient clearing of inbound and outbound volumes daily
- Organise required coordination with 3PLs and Stores to maintain Distribution KPIs
- Outward Goods collections need to be coordinated for timing and volume. This will be necessary to maintain smooth flow in outbound and space requirements.
- Problem Solving self, or escalation to DC Manager, to maintain continuous improvement capability of DC

- Proven expertise in manufacturing and/or logistics industry
- Computer literate with WM experience in SAP or similar
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience leading successful and efficient teams
