**He angitūtanga**: About the Role
We are looking for a Team Manager Planning and Reporting for our Organisational Planning & Performance Team to lead a dynamic team to produce accountability documents, providing high quality planning and reporting processes and products for our Leadership team, our Board and Ministers.
- The role will have Team Manager responsibilities through leading three staff members, and you will also have a ‘doing role' by providing writing and coordination input, as required.
- Produce and manage the key documentation which tells TEC's performance story.
- Managing a high-performing team with a drive for continuous improvement, collaboration and a great team culture.
- Work across the business, build networks, collaborate and influence to get the job done.
**He kōrero mōu: What we are looking for**:
You will report to the Manager Organisational Planning & Performance (OPP) and will need to be willing to provide hands-on delivery of key products on the Planning and Reporting team's work programme. Your strategic, conceptual thinking and analytical skills will carry you well in this role.
**You will bring the following**:
- Proven demonstrated experience as a Team Manager in a planning and reporting role in the NZ public sector.
- Experience with hands-on development and delivery of accountability documents.
- Proven ability to develop and improve planning and performance frameworks and processes.
- Experience and confidence to present and work with senior leadership teams, including the ability to influence and tell the story as required.
- Experience in building relationships at all levels of the organisation, using negotiation and influence to deliver outcomes.
- Proven communication, facilitation and organising skills.
The salary range for this position starts from $132,290 up to $155,635 depending on demonstrable skills and experience.
