**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

The purpose of this role is to lead Te Whatu Ora Business Continuity Management system development at regional and local levels, specifically recognising the need for Regional and Local process at different levels of the organisation.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Experience in business continuity or organisational resilience (in the range of 5+ years).
- Demonstrated experience leading regional and local Business Continuity Management Projects/responses, and an understanding of contemporary best practice.
- Previous responsibility at a regional and/or local level for developing, maintaining, and influencing mutually beneficial relationships and partnerships, with the ability to think ahead, use initiative, establish priorities, and meet deadlines while preserving high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
