As a Senior Steel Detailer, you will be based in their **Wanaka** head office. From humble beginnings in Tapanui, this business has grown to be a market leader, involved in some of the most impressive and prestigious builds in the South.

**About the role**:
As a member of this dynamic, friendly, and personable team, your daily responsibilities encompass, but are not restricted to the following:

- Utilise Tekla software to create detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and fabrication plans for structural steel projects.
- Regular travel to the steel fabrication workshop in Tapanui for workflow oversight
- Work closely with internal teams, architects, engineers, general contractors, and the Workshop Manager to ensure all jobs remain on target and within budget.
- Quality management (QA) - ensure all appropriate inspections and documentation are completed as required by industry standards, project specifications, and company standards.
