**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Senior CPEng Civil Engineer, you will:

- Lead and manage technical designs for a range of land development and civil infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams across our regional offices, leveraging our in-house expertise.
- Handle multiple concurrent projects, demonstrating your ability to take responsibility and deliver results.
- Mitigate project risks through a considered approach.

**Your Qualifications and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a recognised and relevant engineering degree and Civil CPEng accreditation.
- Demonstrated competency and experience as a lead civil engineering designer.
- Proven competencies in 3 waters, earthworks, roading, pavements, and general civil design aspects.
- Sound knowledge of relevant industry standards, including NZS3910, NZS4404, TA design codes of practice, and NZBC.
- The ability to manage concurrent projects and handle responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- High motivation, attention to detail, and an enthusiastic approach to your work.
