We are looking for a Change Manager to join us.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of the staff transition experience. This means establishing a human-centred change management plan for transferring around 2,000 existing water services staff who are employed by five local government organisations in the Auckland-Northland region, to the new water services entity, Wai Tamaki ki te Hiku, by 1 July 2024.
This role has complex and significant deliverables and if you have the following skillset we would like to hear from you
- In depth and significant experience successfully managing and delivering large and complex transformations.
- Extensive experience using multiple change management approaches in complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience of using a broad range of channels to engage and communicate with stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of the machinery of government and ability to manage Ministerial relationships and expectations.
