The ERP Change Manager will be part of the Transformation Project tasked with transforming operational complexity to a single, global, integrated, source of truth, this will be an 18 month contract. ERP will employ project specific resources to work with the Wētā FX Business and IT teams who empower Weta to innovate and create the future of visual effects via our industry-leading technology platform.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the definition and documentation and successful completion of change activities that support the realisation of ERP Transformation benefits in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders such as: the establishment of Change goals/objectives, determining business value and needs, the creation of change and training plans, assessing, and analysing change impacts, training needs and business readiness and the design and development of training programmes. Creates and publishes regular communications and sets up regular stakeholder engagements as per the communications and engagement plan.
- Works closely with change champions and workstream leads to ensure execution of change activities and effective adoption of change.
- Reviews organisational design, roles and responsibilities and embeds new processes and practices into operational frameworks.
- Contributes to the IT Programme Management Office (Senior)
- A relevant tertiary/industry qualification in Change Management - (Prosci, AMPG or equivalent) is required for the success of this position.

**Experience and Skill-set**
- The ERP Change Manager will be a driven and experienced business change professional with experience working in dynamic ERP Projects. The key focus of their role will be the responsibility for delivering and embedding meaningful and long-lasting change.
- They will be strategic and provide, expert change management experience, best practice methodologies, standards and tools to guide and mentor WetaFX through successful individual and organisational change and adoption of an ERP.
- They will have a track record working on major ERP transformation projects, possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders, build relationships and empower teams.
- They will be delivery focussed, hands on where necessary, self-motivated and IT-literate with Microsoft 365 productivity skills to ensure project and business wide collaboration in a hybrid environment.
