**Senior Change Manager**
We are working with a unique Government organisation to find an experienced and innovative Senior Change Manager. Joining an established and high-performing programme team, this role requires a seasoned change practitioner to drive and embed a critical operational change programme.
The programme's primary objective is to shift the current organisational operating state to a future way of working. A change of this magnitude requires significant engagement with a local and national audience of front-line staff to senior management.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Identifying a preferred change methodology and the subsequent design of the change management framework
- Engagement with a nationally dispersed audience to ensure robust change implementation
- Enterprise-wide change impact assessments
- Providing input to training activities
- Facilitate the embedding of change management activities into programme planning
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great organisation in a high profile crucial programme of work on a 12-month initial contract, with the potential to extend.
