We are looking for a Content & Instructional Designer to join our Programme Development Team based at Te Puna Manaaki in Te Awamutu to carry out essential functions regarding Kaiako and Tauira online e-learning programme experiences. This will ensure that all TWoA programmes can provide appropriate academic learning online and that the quality of the learning experience is continually improving.

**About the role**:
Further, the **Content & Instructional Designer - Programme Development** will confidently complete amendments for existing programme learning & teaching resource change/s to enhance and support quality programme improvement.

**Key deliverables of the role include**:

- Leading and promoting the development of content capability in instructional design to enhance learning and knowledge acquisition in the team
- Developing, curating, and managing content for the Digital & Instructional Designers
- Developing, interpreting and executing briefs and reverse briefing sessions with creatives and multiple internal clients
- Collaborating with production and creative teams including designers, sound and audio, production managers, contractors and kaimahi as required
- Designing and implementing innovative professional learning solutions using a variety of methods and tools
- Contributing towards ongoing improvement of programme related policies, regulations, processes, procedures, guidelines and templates
- Meeting legislative requirements at all times

**About you**:
You will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management
- NZQA 11551 and 11552 or equivalent skills and knowledge
- Diploma in Te Reo Māori
- 4+ years’ experience in on-line learning and e-learning development
- 4+ years’ in learning & resource design and/or instructional design
- 4+ years’ experience in project management or equivalent
- 4+ years’ experience working with the NZQA Framework A full NZ Drivers Licence
