As an Office Manager, requires to follow standard operating procedures, carry out instructions as detailed in the risk management and adhere to the quality system and procedures.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Keep up with office work, payrolls, invoices, bills receivable, payables etc
- Handled sales transactions, managed inventory, and maintained showroom presentation.
- Meeting out, people issuing quotes, taking the instructions
- Help customers in selecting kitchen designs and products, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Attention to detail to ensure following quality requirements and standard operating procedures
- Completing quality and process documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Maintaining very high levels of health and safety procedure
- Key skills and experience required:
- Supportive team member who is flexible, adaptable and self-motivated.
- Proactive, cando attitude, problem solving oriented
- Excellent planning, personal organization, and technical skills
- Good level of fitness
- Effective communication skills and personal safety awareness.
Job Type:
Permanent and ongoing
Pay Rate:
$ $31.00 per hour
Shift: 8 hours per week
Weekend Availability:
Must be able to work on weekend availabilty.
