**Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role**

Reporting to the Travel Office Team Lead, you will be responsible for arranging and booking domestic and international flights, accommodation, and transport. With a key focus area in emergency travel management bookings.

The position involves collaborating and assisting the Junior Consultant to ensure that all domestic/international travel adheres to company policy. Along with organising group bookings and coordinating events.

This role requires excellent communication and relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with our Executive Assistants, National Co-ordination Centre team, along with key internal stakeholders as well as our key external stakeholders, travel management company.

**To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will have**:
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to think outside the box, with strong problem-solving skills.
Adept at building collaborative working relationships with a wide range of people
Strong travel background, ideally with 3 years + consulting experience.
Ability to work in a high-pressured environment and make quick strategic decisions.
