Our client is looking for an Administration and Office Manager for their friendly team, based in Whangarei.
This role reports to the Finance Manager/Director. It requires a highly organised, experienced and all-rounder Office Manager with loads of initiative and a can-do attitude/positive outlook.
The role includes a variety of general and financial office administration duties, including accounts payable, order processing, customer service and providing support to the Finance Manager and Sales Manager as required.
Hours of work are 7.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
**Responsibilities and Duties Include**:
- Reception and customer service
- Processing and reconciling creditors invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Processing orders received via the e-commerce website
- Sales support
- Keeping up to date and accurate records of stock especially used parts
- Preparation on weekly and monthly reports for the Management Team
- Involvement with HR & Health & Safety administration
- System and procedures process improvements
**Requirements for the Role**:
- Experience as a highly organized and proven office administrator
- Comfortable with working unsupervised and with time pressure deadlines
- Tech-savvy and is adept using Microsoft Office, database creation and management, and understands financial administration and systems
- Previous experience with MYOB and Xero accounting packages
- Being a team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven to deliver exceptional customer service
