**Who you are**:

- You have experience in recruitment, business-to-business sales or a similar solution selling environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- You have a passion for what you do and build on it with drive and tenacity.
- You enjoy working in partnership with colleagues across the business in a high performing environment and want to pursue a career in a consultative and solution orientated business.
- You are a critical thinker who can make quick agile decisions with a determination to find the best outcome for all. You enjoy working in a results-orientated environment.
