At present we are looking for our Auckland Recruitment Manager with the leadership & expertise to get there.

**Requirements**:
Your Main Responsibilities With Include:

- Oversee & Run Auckland DKW Recruitment Group
- Lead & Motivate The Team In Meetings, KPIs, Training & Development Of A High Performing Team
- Meet & Greet All New & Existing Clients To Gain PSA Agreements & Long-Term Business Relationships
- Develop High Quality Business Strategies & Plans Ensuring Their Alignment With Short & Long-Term Objectives
- Oversee All Branch Operations & Business Activities To Ensure They Produce The Desired Results & Are Consistent With The Overall Strategy & Mission
- Build Trust Relations With Key Partners
- Analyse Problematic Situations & Occurrences And Provide Solutions To Ensure Company Survival & Growth
- Maintain A Deep Knowledge Of The Markets & Industry Of The Company

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to supervise & control all strategic & business aspects of the Auckland branch. You will be the first in command in Auckland & responsible for giving the proper strategic direction, training & support that this company needs to grow as well as creating a vision for success.

The goal is to drive the company’s development & guide it towards long-term success.
