**About the role**:
Madison Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and sales focussed Recruitment Consultant with strong commercial acumen to join our extremely successful Business Support team. Our consultants do full end-to-end recruitment, managing both permanent and temporary positions so you will be responsible for every step of the 360-recruitment role. Day to day you will juggle new business development, relationship management, and end to end recruitment. The role of a Recruitment Consultant is essentially running your own business, within our business; all while being supported with great systems, comprehensive training and most importantly an energetic team environment. This role is hard work but can be incredibly rewarding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, and interviewing

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities

**About you**:
Having a strong business development focus and solid relationship building ability will be crucial to your success alongside providing expert advice and results. Bring your personality to the role and have the drive to grow your desk and execute the sales process. This role is for a driven multi-tasker who always has time to put their customers first and the hunger to deliver results.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
