**Duties**:

- Manage and grow a successful client portfolio with existing clients within a wide range of industry sectors including Financial Services, Education & Training
- Recruit a broad range of roles consisting of temporary, permanent, contract and fixed-term positions
- Cold and warm calling new clients and existing business to promote our recruitment services and market knowledge
- Support other consultants within the business by sharing your expertise and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- A seasoned professional with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in recruitment
- A skilled negotiator with sound commercial acumen and a proven track record in sales
- You’ll have an exceptional work ethic with a high sense of drive
- You’re driven by success and enjoy contributing to the bigger picture
- Ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing industry - it’s the world we live in
