We are seeking an experienced Recruitment People Leader who will be excited and motivated to deliver outstanding results for our Auckland business. Daily your role will be to encourage success with our team while growing and building strong client/business relationships, and creating opportunities for our job seekers across temporary, contract and permanent roles. While our business has been predominantly in the Industrial space our offering is not limited to this allowing you to pursue opportunity in any direction.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Proven ability to exceed business targets
- Strategic thinker who is also solutions orientated
- Health & Safety & Employment relations experience
- An enjoyment of networking and participation in Industry events
