**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
You will be an integral member of the commercial operations team whose purpose is to ensure NZME’s sales team is set up with the tools, resources and products required to maximise revenue across NZME’s platforms whilst taking a customer-centric approach. Your core focus will be on the implementation,administration and day-to-day operation of our annual direct customer loyalty programme designed to drive client retention and revenue growth.

**RESPONSIBILITES**:
As a Commercial Operation Coordinator your role will work closely with the Commercial Operations Manager on the implementation and the operation of commercial strategies aimed at improving revenue and team engagement

You will be responsible for working with various markets to ensure the customer loyalty programme reporting and forecasting is up-to-date along with being the conduit for all the products and processes.

You will lead the systems and tools training for the customer loyalty programme for all Admin leads and new starters - and support development and revenue growth initiatives

Support and implement the Sales Rewards & Recognition Programme

Work with Commercial Finance on incentive documentation and revere rules while also providing administrative and data support

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
Ideally you will have 2+ years of experience in the media industry, marketing, or relevant on the job experience. Any experience with graphic design would be a bonus.
