Our Cloud Infrastructure Services practice brings together the right technology, processes and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery.
Capgemini has proven experience in building cloud strategies that have enabled our clients to adopt a cloud-first approach to achieving their business objectives. Our Cloud Infrastructure Services enable enterprises to overcome the barriers to cloud adoption and manage the real business risks.

**Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**:
As a Client Solutions Lead you will play a key role in the CIS Pre-Sales organisation reporting into Head of Solutions for Capgemini in New Zealand. This role will see you involved in small to mid-size opportunities across various clients - a mix of private and public sector organisations, as well as interacting with our internal Solution and Account Executive teams.

**Main focus for this role includes**:

- Development of end-to-end solutions (Transformation, Transition and Run) covering multiple service lines and/or technology domains,
- Supports Sales Lead in pre-qualification activities, including ROM costing and early solution shaping as appropriate,
- Designs solutions and ensures the relevant solution/s artefacts are completed in line with global processes,
- Provide expertise on commercially structuring deals,
- Reviews and inputs to the contract schedules, SoW and SLA among other documents,
- Supports solution specialist and 3rd parties' direct engagements when needed,
- Contributes to proposal writing and guides the bid team on alignment to sales strategy,
- Leads all client facing interactions from Solutions perspective,
- Ensures the solution and commercials are sustainable for the future,

- Solid client engagement skills with the ability to articulate both transformational and managed services elements of deals,
- Ability to lead and coach teams through challenging objectives,
- Proficient in pre-sales solutioning and processes,
- Extensive technical background to be able to understand various solutioning possibilities,
- Ability to link technical aspects of solution with commercial responses,
- Strong commercial understandings, especially across contracts and schedules,
- Risk identification, treatment and management skills,
- Solid negotiation skills
- Experience across pricing models, cost analysis and breakdowns
