25 retail stores, 2 production factories and a wholesale network across the country, makes Coupland’s one of New Zealand’s largest independently owned bakeries. We always endeavour to use fresh, natural, local ingredients in everything we make and take great pride in producing quality baked goods and providing excellence in customer service.
Our Langdons Rd Retail Store is looking to fill a Store Manager position. As a 7-day a week store we require some one who is flexible with hours and able to work weekends and public holidays where required.
Key attributes include:
- Has had previous experience in Store Management
- Can work to tight time frames
- Is able to think quickly and act
- Has proven record in team development and coaching
- Enthusiasm
- Work well with teams
- Great customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends
- Flexibility
- Good health and physically fit
- Available immediately
For the right person, there is the ability to grow within the company and continue to gain more hours and responsibility.
**Applicants for this position should have NZ residency and be available for permanent work - not suitable for temporary or traveling work visa’s.
