- Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences-
- Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and by providing feedback-
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our valuesWhat success looks like in this role:
- Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.-
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.-
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development-
- A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships-
- Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience.-
