Mecca Maxima Bayfair

We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to help lead our Maxima Bayfair store in NZ on a full-time basis. Our Store Managers typically work on a Tuesday-Saturday rotation.

- Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help the team create seamless and memorable customer experiences-

- Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.-

- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development-
