**About the role**
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join our team in Auckland. As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a key role in partnering with our business to design, implement, and evaluate learning interventions that are vital in creating an outstanding people experience.
You will work closely with the Organisational Development Lead to identify the business's learning needs and develop strategies to address them effectively. You will be responsible for analysing training needs and developing engaging learning materials, as well as facilitating workshops for employees at all levels. Additionally, you will assist in evaluating the effectiveness of our learning interventions and making recommendations for improvements based on feedback and data.

**What you will be doing**:
- Analyse training needs and develop customised learning programs
- Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules
- Deliver training sessions to employees at all levels of the organisation
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to reinforce learning outcomes
- Assess the effectiveness of learning interventions and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
**To be successful in the role, ideally you will have**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and e-learning tools
- Knowledge of learning management systems and authoring tools (i.e. Articulate) is a plus
