**About the opportunity**

Leading a small team and engaging with people across the Co-op, you will be charged with implementing new early careers programmes and evolving the existing programmes so that:

- they increase the diversity of people attracted to Fonterra early in career, identifying the future leaders of our Co-op
- it is truly global and differentiates Fonterra as a developer of young talent
- it builds the future capabilities required to deliver our Long-Term Aspirations
- it increases long term retention of people coming out of the programme and into international roles.

**About you**
With a passion for talent, you are an advocate for the younger generation and the value they bring to our Co-op. You understand the importance of a strong employee value proposition and are able to bring a global strategy to life. Your ability to articulate a vision and motivate teams will stand you in good stead as you navigate through complex issues, without losing sight of the ultimate goal.

You will also need to bring:

- Several years in generalist HR, L&D or OD operational roles or in project management roles in global organisations
- Demonstrated experience managing complex business projects and stakeholder groups
- A global mindset and exposure, along with a previous experience in global vendor and SLA management
- A strong business partnering capability.
