The Career Management Registry & Administration Support contributes to providing a quality administration and efficient assistance to the Directorate of Career Management (DCM) personnel.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To be a confident communicator or people person with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem solving skills.
- Previous admin or customer service experience (desired but not essential).

The Directorate of Career Management (DCM) is responsible to the Deputy Chief of Air Force (DCAF) for the management of military personnel in the RNZAF to ensure that units are staffed with sufficient numbers of appropriately trained RNZAF personnel to meet NZDF output requirements.
