Castle Management Tetra Limited is currently recruiting for the position of an Office Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Maintain and update financial records
- Accounts reconciliation
- Verifying transactions
- Preparing and following up on invoices and quotes
- financial accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Invoicing, and reconciling transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support the management team as required in financial management
- Managing all documentation.
- Processing pay-roll

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 45 per week

Schedule:
