**About the role**

As our in-store **Field Coach**, you are responsible for delivering exceptional training and coaching to our retail teams in order for them to become experts in their field, and ambassadors of the Louis Vuitton way, in terms of brand culture, client experience and our product universe.

Your day will be a mixture of:

- spending time on the shop floor, observing team members and providing positive and developmental feedback to enhance their performance;
- developing or leading product training sessions to build knowledge within the team; and
- partnering with senior stakeholders, Store Managers and Team Managers to building clear training pathways or development plans for their teams.

PROFIL

**Your impact**:
We are looking for a **knowledgeable luxury retail expert **with **extensive** **experience providing practical feedback and coaching** to improve team performance.

To ensure your success in leading our Maison, you will also bring:

- demonstrated experience facilitating engaging training modules in a retail environment
- a thorough understanding of what it means to deliver a luxury customer experience
- prior results of how you have successfully trained and succeeded retail teams
- Innovative ideas of future ways we can continue to deliver world - class training
