**Role Overview**:
**KOR is on the lookout for skilled and experienced Heavy Vehicle Service Technicians to join our dynamic team for positions in Australia (multiple locations).**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, repairs and machinery overhauls on a variety of equipment.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the service team to improve service processes and efficiency.
- Expand and maintain customer relationships.
- On-call, field service and interstate work maybe required from time to time.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Proven experience as a Service Technician, Mechanic, Maintenance Fitter or roles similar in the equipment industry.
- A Certificate III in a related trade discipline, encouraged to apply;
- Prior experience in breakdown and diagnostic repairs;
- Prior experience in High Pressure water and vacuum pumps (advantageous).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid HR license and Forklift license (highly desirable, not essential)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
