As an Industrial Sales and Service Technician, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional sales and service support to our esteemed clients.
This role entails conducting on-site installations of both new and used machinery, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance, effective troubleshooting and other related mechanical engineering problems.

About the role
- Installation of pre-designed fire suppression systems on new and existing vehicles such as excavators, loaders, and trucks.
- Engaging in manual and automatic lubrication installations for similar equipment as fire suppression systems
- Routine servicing, necessitating strong fault-finding skills, bench work for repairs, and component maintenance.
- Must be comfortable with travel, as the role involves on-site installations and service visits to a range of locations.

**We are looking for someone who has the following**:

- Technical proficiency in machinery installation and servicing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, ideally in Auto Lubrication & Fire Suppression systems and related mechanical engineering issues.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Current full NZ Driver's license with manual vehicle operation capability
