**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

Programme Manager Acute Care falls within the Delivery Unit of Hospital and Specialist Services.The Programme Manager Acute Care is responsible for the management and delivery effective programme management that enables the delivery of the acute care priorities. The role will work across the continuum of care and bring together the acute care work programme and programme delivery. In doing so, will contribute to achieving strategic health outcomes of Te Whatu Ora by providing leadership that contributes to building sustainability, resilience and meaningful culturally-safe connections now and for the future.

**Mōu | About you**

We are looking for an experienced programme manager who can use their previous experience in the design and management of complex programmes of work. You will be a dynamic individual who is a team player and can work towards developing and implementing effective group/team strategies and work plans that deliver on organisational objectives.

- Qualification in project management or similar disciplines
- Health experience 3+ years
- Has proven experience in programme management
- Needs to draw on relevant longer-term experience specific to the job and work demands, acquired over time
- 3-5 years
