**Te Whiwhinga mahi - The opportunity**

Moana’s organisational culture stands on the strength of values (tikanga) and principles that embraces people from all walks of life. At the heart of this role, is the ability to be a positive, engaged and effective member of a small, high performing team, that report to the Group Finance Manager.

Integrating best practice into everyday financial tasks and activities, you will actively contribute to ensuring the highest standard of ethics, integrity and values are upheld across all aspects of the finance and commercial function.

No day is the same at Moana, so be prepared to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate with a variety of people. As a doer, no job will be too small or big and you will be comfortable working both autonomously and in a team.

**Kawenga Takohanga |** Key Accountabilities
- Managing tasks and activities related to Accounts Receivable including processing daily direct debits and balance sheet reconciliations
- Responsibility for foreign currency bank statements and providing treasury support
- Creation new supplier, customer and fisher accounts
- Office and finance administration support
- Providing accurate and timely information, query management and issue resolution

**Ko koe tēnei - About you**

As an accomplished accounts receivable professional, you will possess strong reconciliation and problem-solving capability. Known for you sound finance knowledge, and business acumen, you understand the importance of being both an effective listener and communicator, who operates in a transparent and open manner, and can connect and work with people at all levels.

Foreign exchange and treasury knowledge experience required.

Systems savvy, with a strong attention to detail, appetite for learning, you will enjoy working and delivering as part of a team, as well as individually. Business Central and/ or Dynamics experience is advantageous but not essential.

Ideally you will have worked within an FMCG, manufacturing or primary industries environment, and be able to demonstrate a genuine affinity with what we do and stand for.
