Integrating best practice into everyday financial tasks and activities, you will actively contribute to ensuring the highest standard of ethics, integrity and values are upheld across all aspects of the finance and commercial function.

No day is the same at Moana, so be prepared to juggle multiple tasks and collaborate with a variety of people. As a doer, no job will be too small or big and you will be comfortable working both autonomously and in a team.

**Kawenga Takohanga |** Key Accountabilities
- Responsibility for managing the Accounts Payable function, alongside other Accounts Officers
- Managing a range of day-to-day finance activities from processing invoices and payments general ledger reconciliations, setting up new suppliers and troubleshooting issues and responding to queries
- Ensuring a high level of service and representation of Moana, internally and with key vendors
- Providing accurate and timely information, query management and issue resolution

**Ko koe tēnei - About you**

As an accomplished accounts payable professional, you will possess strong reconciliation capability, specifically bank and general ledger. Known for you sound finance knowledge, and business acumen, you understand the importance of being both an effective listener and communicator, who operates in a transparent and open manner, and can connect and work with people at all levels.

Systems savvy, with a strong attention to detail, appetite for learning, you will enjoy working and delivering as part of a team, as well as individually. Business Central and/ or Dynamics experience is advantageous but not essential.

Ideally you will have worked within an FMCG, manufacturing or primary industries environment, and be able to demonstrate a genuine affinity with what we do and stand for.
