As a key contributor and implementor of the safety strategy, you will partner with key stakeholders internally and externally to deliver tangible outcomes for the business and our clients. This role will be focused on delivering solutions across the region, but based in our Auckland office.**What you will do**
- In collaboration with your HS&S Manager, and the regional safety & wellbeing lead, you will contribute and emulate our health, safety & wellbeing culture, delivering training to a range of audiences, with particular focus on Safe by Design, project requirements and general HSW skills training. Leading and participating in audits and keeping the internal HSW audit programme on track with particular focus on New Zealand and Asia. You will input into our monthly safety and wellbeing dashboards for each unit and assist with group reporting requirements across the region.- You will be a visible role model, promoting safety and wellbeing initiatives via various communication methods, and developing lessons learnt/safety moments to deliver to multiple audiences.**About you**- You will ideally hold a Bachelor level qualification in a related discipline or a minimum certificate IV in WHS and lead auditor certificate.
