The purpose of the role is to connect tens of thousands of Thai Touch customers each year with the perfect authentic Thai massage for each of them.

Key elements of role:

- Manage bookings for customers
- Allocate bookings and massage rooms to therapists
- Optimise bookings to ensure high levels of diary fill and smooth operations
- Set up start times, break times and finish times for Therapists
- Lead and shape the welcome experienced by customers
- Maintain customer information for marketing and sales
- Report staff working hours, work volumes and income generated
- Daily report income and manage cash
- Monitor stock of products and supplies
- Always take pride in your personal / professional appearance and manner
- Take your fair share in readying the studio for work and in tidying the studio and identifying and completing tasks that may have been have been left incomplete by other teams

You will:

- Be mature, methodical and experienced in working in a commercial setting
- Have strong verbal and basic written communication skills in English
- Even under pressure, readily work considerately, responsibly, openly and positively in a team
- Be consistently highly motivated to provide exceptional customer service, with high levels of courtesy, listening and communication skills
- Capably work with mínimal supervision, make decisions and solve problems
- Speak clearly, willingly and openly
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
- Be empathetic to all customers and team members and ready to listen to and address their needs
- Maintain business and customer confidentiality at all times
- Be able to work with people from diverse backgrounds and be tactful and patient when dealing with difficult people
- Be punctual, learn quickly and focused on the needs of the Thai Touch business
- Have previous experience working with standard office equipment and software
- Workplace First Aid Certification an advantage.
