Business Support Coordinator

We are looking for an administrator to join our team in Tauranga. This is a great opportunity for someone to kick-start or develop their career, as on-the-job training is provided. You will be supporting the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Hawkes Bay, with occasional travel required.
**The role will involve**:
- General administration, data entry, report preparation, print room services.
- Coordinating team meetings, writing agendas and minutes.
- Financial administration (taking payments, processing supplier invoices, expense reports).
- Providing excellent customer service, answering calls via MS Teams.
- Assisting with travel arrangements.
- Arranging social events.
- Helping with staff inductions (onboarding and offboarding)
**What you'll bring**:
- 0-2 years' experience in administration and reception/ customer service.
- Well presented with excellent communication skills, confident telephone manner.
- Computer literacy and confidence using MS Office.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong organisation skills, ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift items weighting up to 15kg on a regular basis.
